I am a very picky movie watcher. This action-packed adventure has plenty of twists and turns, and though the bad guys were really bad, some of the 'good guys' were really bad, too. This theme points at precisely the problems we Americans have with politicians bought off by special interests, especially in the Military/Industrial Complex, as we were warned about over 70 years ago by President Eisenhower.
Jamie Foxx made a good president, and the little girl was good in her role, I got choked up with her waving the Presidential Flag and saving the day. I would highly recommend this to watchers who enjoy a lot of action (things blowing up) and thought-provoking scenarios.
The real bad guy isn't revealed until the very end, which you won't see coming. It was good to see Lance Reddick in another movie, RIP. He's been in more TV and films than I imagined.
Channing Tatam portrayed a believable action-hero in this flick, up there with Bruce Willis, Gerard Butler, and Dominic Purcell.
