Like other readers, I found myself struggling to finish this book. I just wanted it to be over. I was not invested in any of the supporting characters and missed the dear friends in Three Pines. Perhaps the author wanted to try something new, but this was not a successful or enjoyable book for me. I surmise that there is going to be a continuation of the plot. Dear Lord, no.
