Disappointed. As other reviewers have described The story line was weak, (so I won't repeat). Worse, for a musical, the singing was not great and overly disrupted the flow of the story in awkward ways. Galinda's character was annoying and one-dimensional. And Galinda's voice is weak. The music overpowered the vocals. Yes, the visuals are great - but even that has become ho-hum these days with all the CGI out there. Overall - WICKED the movie did not live up to all the 5 star reviews and hype about it. My wife had seen WICKED on Broadway and loved it. She and I discussed our thoughts after watching the movie, and she agreed that this movie did not come close to the theater version.
