Our daughter and son loved Bear and his friends! It wasn't loud or obnoxious, a loving, carefully thought out show. It's also easy for the adults in the house to watch with their kids (meaning it's not so loud and annoying that you can't stand to hear it, like some of the newer shows can be).

I'd have given 5 stars, only, in my opinion, "Love & Death" came out just a year after the Hulu series, "Candy," which seemed a bit too much. This true crime story is incredible, but there are plenty of stranger than fiction stories out there which would be just as compelling. That said, I have to say that I'm quite impressed with both productions. "A" list actors teamed up with top notch production crews, makes for excellent entertainment. If you watch this version of the story, and want more details, watching both shows is a must. Both are well made and researched. Bravo!
