This beautiful book should be read by everyone either doing time physically or mentally. It is a spiritual journey of sobriety and hope. I wish it was mandatory for public schools as the life lessons are so incredibly valuable and honest.
This book taught me to be able to meditate and find light in the darkest times. It taught me inner peace and happiness.
