Hard pass on this one. Blah! The story plodded along without much suspense or excitement. The characters were not developed well or to a point where you felt invested in them. Even the Whistler character is pretty easy to figure out who it would be to the point when they are finally revealed in the last few chapters you have no real connection or care about them or their story.
