As a retired federal agent, I just have to say how ridiculous it is that the writers keep allowing Agent Kates to keep talking or attempting to interview Christina after she asked for and has retained a lawyer. Even non-LEO’s know this is not allowed. And him saying because he’s a fed he out ranks local PD is also ridiculous! No such thing, just a different jurisdiction. The writer’s are insulting my intelligence and everyone else’s! Or they don’t know enough about law enforcement, so maybe they should do their research!
