I wanted to watch this with an open mind. Clearly this “doc” didn’t have the same approach. This was one sided focusing on the plant based diet. The endless people they used as subject experts where in most cases MD’s was no clear expertise in the area. On top of that a marathon runner, fire fighter, student who had his image blurred for complete nonsense.
If you wanted to bring up other diets put the subject experts in those fields in your doc to actually get facts vs the vague no evidence people you paraded.
