Hold my hand is definitely a good read in overall. My first Durjoy Datta book was Till the Last Breath and impressed with the book, I came forward to try this book. The personalities of Ahana and Deep along with the beautiful places in Hong Kong is beautifully illustrated in words that I was able to empathize with the characters. It deeply reflected the struggles of visually impaired people by always being seen with pity in the eyes of the society, apart from their actual disability. Unfortunately, this book didn't reach the standard and expectations I had set with the latter. I felt like the plot was dragged along a bit excessively. If you aren't much of a picky reader like me, you would definitely enjoy the book.
