It's a great watch, I binged it all in one day. The tension between Guilford and Jane is to die for and love how the show sets it up to be this alternate universe. So to people who are complaining about it not being "historically accurate" did you miss the first 10 minutes of the starting episode? This is supposed to be a more fantastically approach to history and is meant to be a fun watch.
I would like to add though that putting the rating at TV-14 is a bit too low for the contents of the show and would place it at TV-16. Even "The Summer I Turned Pretty" is rated at TV-16 and the contents are wayyyyy tamer than this show. There is a lot of swearing, some partial nudity (just see some buttocks here and there), and some sexual content that fades to black.
The show takes you on the ride of 16th century England in a fantastical fashion of drawing parallels of the Verities and Ethians to the Catholics and Protestants. If you cannot find yourself to get over the "historical inaccuracies" than this show is simply not for you.
