One of the best movies I've ever seen and I mean it. I would go as far as saying that the shots parallel that of Akira Kurosawa's. The movie manages to highlight various aspects of the human self, from selfishness, a lack of guilt, lust, primal attraction and I could be wrong but the Stockholm syndrome. The intensity of the movie is second to none. Most of the 1-star reviews highlight the extreme discomfort the viewer experiences while watching it and in my opinion that is what makes this movie so special. The lack of relief and humour make the experience all the more engaging. Sanal Sasidharan has carefully decided to not pollute the movie with filler dialogues and has used silence to make the movie a must-watch if you don't mind or don't feel discomfort while experiencing art.
