Beyond The Gates is everything a soap should be. Smartly written with actors bringing the material to life in such a vibrant way. It's time to shake up daytime and what a way to do it by showing a Black Family at the forefront via The Duprees who love hard, get messy when need be, while delivering cliffhangers that leave fans wanting more after each episode. Week one was an absolute hit and I look forward to seeing how this show continues to elevate the soap genre in the years to come.
