Big boy Jason Momoa frequently getting his ass kicked while screaming like a little girl at every turn was a huge highlight for me. The rest of the cast was pretty great too. I’m frequently amazed at the imagination of everyone involved in the movie making process and this one was no exception. I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews-it kept me entertained almost the entire time!

Great movie with stunning visuals and a deeply satisfying storyline, just like the original film. The 3+ hour flick didn’t seem that long and easily held my attention and interest the entire time-it’s that good. Even though this is a science fiction/fantasy movie, I was easily pulled in by these wonderful creatures and found myself cheering them on when evil, greedy humans came calling. I can’t wait for the next sequel!!
