Was thoroughly enjoying the series until the final 10 minutes. What a lazy, unrealistic way to end. As if an experienced senior police officer would behave in such a manner - knowing they are on their own. At least have a main character exit amidst some drama and unavoidable heroism. Instead, the scene was portrayed with the actor (practically “hand-on-hip, rolling her eyes) thinking a murderer on the getaway would stop for an outheld hand, as she unnecessarily gets mowed down. As I said - the scene was lazy, with no smack of believability. Disappointing after so many enjoyable episodes. Enough disappointment to motivate me to write a review!
