Well acted but too inaccurate. Ed Gein was a grave robber and not a serial killer. His crimes were motivated by a desire to resuscitate his mother and his ‘creative’ projects. The crimes were not sex motivated, the erotic content has no bearing in reality. The insistent comparison to trans community is tasteless and rude. Ryan Murphy tried too hard to be provocative. Ed Gein was glorified as a godfather figure. The result was tasteless, morally questionable
