It’s sad seeing people sleep on this movie, anyone who says it’s bad is only saying it’s bad cause the scale of the situation doesn’t compare to other marvel stuff. HE ONLY STOPPED WWIII💀and I get for marvel that’s not the biggest deal, but this movie was ment to introduce the audience to the NEW(and deserving) CAPTAIN America. Don’t matter that he didnt take the serum, he’s already more powerful then Steve with his new gear, I mean he took on a new hulk, I don’t think OG Cap would stand a chance against him or say Bruce banners hulk. But that’s not the point of captian America, he’s supposed to be the leader, the one everyone can rally behind, and honestly Sam qualifies just as much if not more then Steve does for that spot. As far as knowing what is right, how to execute the plan, and where to draw the line on where you need to compromise to help the greater good… he’s better at that then steve. Movie was an absolute 10 out of 10 for the 4th captain America movie, can’t wait to see doomsday
