I have been a fan of Judge Judy but the second season of Judge Judy have been very disturbing. Judy use to be very encouraging to children but stated to the young man and his father that, "You know how a teenager is lying? They open their mouth." The father stood up for his son stating "he is a good kid." I was so happy he did this as kids need encouragement they do not need to be berated. Judy would normally not do that in the past. She thought this was funny but she was tearing down the young man. Judy's behavior has been so disappointed in her behavior and lack of duty as a judge to uphold the law without personal feelings swaying her decision. Judy states she is old and she has her mind made up before hearing the case. In S2 E118, It seemed her dislike of the plaintiff and scenario was hindering her from LISTENING to this woman testify. Granted a 14 year old shouldnt have stolen a car but tears down everyone. She is not in anyway encouraging to working in giving direction to fulfill a better future like she has in the past. I am sad to say, Judy's lack of honor on the bench today has caused me to be angry and embarrassed for Judy. I have lost the respect I have had for Judy as she becoming less effective in legal rights of the law and making kind directions to all for better outcomes in life through her experiences for so many years. I think it's time Judy hung that coat up and moved on to other things.Goodbye Judge Judy. Please move on to other projects. I highly doubt this will go any further than here but I have at least spoken my mind and opinion.
