I am a Big Fan of True (this wasn't completely true which is ok, its a movie after all) military-based movies but the moment I saw the trailer I decided not to watch it and waste money in the theatre. But, I watched it on OTT recently and I did not like it. Here's why : 1)Though it has some great actors their acting seemed very off and they tried to bring in the typical Bollywood masala entertainment in it. This wasn't required for this kind of a story. 2) Some concepts of it were stolen or copied right away from a famous Hollywood film and the actors tried to even act like that famous Hollywood actor and it was totally off. I mean you should act naturally like an Indian. Why copy!! 3) The story is good of course but, the storytelling is very bad. Again due to above mentioned reasons. The audience is changing and you cannot create good storytelling by just vfx, good locations, etc. I wish some good director would make a movie on this same topic in a very authentic military style. Honestly, URI was a way better movie than this. Please learn something from other Bollywood movies or follow some Hollywood people. Lastly, this movie is good only for those who want quick entertainment in a typical masala Bollywood style similar to those Salman khan movies.

Powerful story, flawless superb acting by each and everyone, inspirational. Best movie to start 2024 on ott.

This movie based on true incidents is more than just a movie. In the world of heroes and stars, we have very few actors and he is one of them for sure. Of course, everyone else played their role brilliantly too.
