Despite the myriad of reviews touting this as a mediocre/ subpar offering, it surprisingly held my attention for the hour and a half run time. For an indie, low budget film it had a few twists and turns and while the acting wasn't Oscar caliber the director fleshed out the characters enough that each of the actors had their own unique characteristics. Yes, the plot was stretched to unbelievability in a couple of instances but i have to admit I was rooting for the bad guy due to the storytelling. Abbie Cornish, Laz Alonso and Moon Bloodgood are solid in this. As a guy that watches sports and SciFi most of the time, this was a nice change. I enjoyed it.
