This apartment is the worst ever, roaches everywhere even on your bed and the chairs in the sitting room. Everything about this apartment is terrible. The water bill is so ridiculous for 4 people living together and also sharing bathrooms. The maintenance never shows up to fix your problem in your room. The dryer noise is so loud and annoying. The kitchen sink is not something to write home about. The bath tub get clog and they take forever to come fix it. The most terrible thing is the closet door comes off everytime, it even feel on my leg and they did nothing about the closet door after putting in work order about it like three times. The TV never works. The kitchen tap got spoilt and they still never fixed it since I put in work order for it. Lastly you have to look for a parking space almost everytime before you can find a single space to park your car even as a resident. They also tow visitor’s vehicle that are not registered. So please register your visitor’s vehicle because they are so fast when it comes to towing of cars. I strongly advise not to stay in this apartment. They are just using the cheapness to attract people to come stay there.
