Good movie .. I’m glad we went to see it. But I also did not get the Kate McKinnon part at all. It didn’t fit and it wasn’t funny. Those scenes were just added for whacky laughs, but the movie didn’t need that and I agree with what someone else said … it’s just a distraction.

Ummmm, how and WHY did so many stars agree to be in this trashy movie!? I want to see the documentary behind this production. You will literally hate yourself if you spend 90 min watching it.

Alan Ritchson looks and sounds like he is reading cue cards.

What the heck!?? I thought this movie was so good, and I am not easy to please when it comes to writing and acting. I laughed as hard as I did with Bridesmaids. Seriously, these reviews are not fair; there is obviously something else going on here besides movie reviewing.

Yikes, no. Missed the mark in so many ways. I understand what they were trying to do, but many of the actors were not authentic in their delivery. The storyline was very disjointed and I found it difficult to care about any of the characters.

Started slow, middle was pretty decent and ended really shaky and disjointed. IMO, the writing got sooo bad the longer it went on (which caused some of the acting to decline as well). Decently entertaining overall, but very awkward and cringe at times.

Cute movie but they focused too much on the cute blond girl with the winning smile. I would have preferred more focus on the other characters with some actual depth and dimension .. but that would have been harder. They took the easy formulaic route.

The scenes of the imbedded press taking photos .. not believable. Those scenes seemed very amateur; the acting was not convincing. Special effects were good and some of the other scenes were hauntingly real.

Joey King is the only good thing about this movie. Every other bit of it is excruciatingly hard to watch. Yikes!

Cute RomCom … at some points. The youth and beauty makes the whole thing palatable. But I can understand some of the very low-rated reviews .. super formulaic and predictable, the writing was weak, and some of the acting really felt like a subpar effort. Sydney Sweeny needs to do more than look cute. She was not convincing in much of the movie .. it felt like she was just checking off a long list of lines she was required to say. I almost turned it off a couple times, but hung in there until the extremely predictable and unoriginal ending.
