A brilliant ‘what if’ film . Fluid acting and the cast respond very credibly to events that unfold . Very good escapism and a great watch with a superb twist at the end . seen it 8 or 9 times .

Very enjoyable . A real eye opener to what actually goes on and also a real perspective of the red tape and bureaucracy of national regulators and local councils who seemingly make life so difficult for businesses to function. Lot of emotion with the animals on the farm and you really see how much forward planning and organisation and dedication it takes to be a farmer . Great personal interaction between the team and the programmes just flow and you feel like a fly on the wall . A great view

A well written fast moving script with many a change to what one expects, keeping you guessing as to who can actually be trusted . A good watch with a great climax . Enjoyed the twists and turns and big picture events surrounding the plot . Lesley Sharp was excellent . Not a lot of detail surrounding immigration and detention, but who really wants all that bureaucracy in a film . James Bond doesn’t have it and the films are a good spectacle to sit back and enjoy . And the same concept is very applicable with Red Eye. Unnecessary boring details smoothed out and full focus given to the plot and its twists and turns . Happily watch again .

Strong script about a cataclysmic disaster and how the world reacts . Taught emotional acting weaving a thread around one family and their instincts to survive under extreme events . Credible plot for a disaster movie and a roller coaster ride through traumatic events that unfold . . A good watch . Second time seen . Gerard Butler at the top of his game .

The actual premise of the film was quite good with some good acting and a good cast leaving you wondering at each stage what the next chapter was going to lead you into. However, we got to the very end of the film and effectively were cut off with no actual ending as such, other than a suggestion that the world had turned on itself in a form of Civil War. A very unsatisfactory ending to what could’ve been a very good film. Definitely not worth wasting your life watching with such a ridiculously bad ending. A big disappointment.

Well crafted . Two themes running in parallel. Captivating and emotional . Superb cinematography and atmosphere. Downtown at its best
