This game puts me in a foul mood. If you are a fan of real life NFL football, the gameplay will infuriate you. You may know everything about football scheme and strategy, but if you’re not experienced with Madden you will get your butt whooped by a kid who has never played a snap of real life football. There’s too many glitch plays and cheesy meta tactics. Do not expect anything like simulation style gameplay. Do expect to shell out lots of money if you want to field a competitive online team. Or you can spend hours ( lots of them) grinding out tedious challenges for mediocre rewards. Expect a lot of bugs and poor customer service. Electronic Arts has the exclusive rights to an NFL “simulation style game”; therefore, they have no competition; therefore, they have little incentive to improve the game and satisfy its customers if we keep buying the garbage game they produce. EA’s investor groups love the game. I hate it.
