What made "Vikings" great is completely lacking in "Valhalla". None of the characters are interesting, and the actors give a boring performance of a bland script. An obvious attempt to get viewers who were amazed by Travis Fimmel and Katheryn Winnick's performance in "Vikings". "Valhalla" is not worth watching for the biggest "Vikings" fans, and definitely not for anyone who just enjoys a decent show.

Very well done show with fantastic acting, directing, and writing. But multiple times in an episode, subtitles will basically flash on and off of the screen. Took me out of the show a few times trying to figure out what someone said because a subtitle popped up for literally less than half of a second. Unbelievable that this was let to be released with such errors. My other issue is that, although it's based on a book, it's set in Japan, it's very much about Japan, it's called Tokyo Vice, and yet it stars two white people. "We need something Japanese, so let's get a white guy to star, and, I don't know, get Ken Watanabe in there"

I couldn't stand watching this beyond half way through episode 5, so I didn't. The one on one emotional filler conversations were constant, awful, and meaningless while the series is trying to be goofy and toss in action. And it's all set to a soundtrack of 80's hair metal bands that never made it, and obviously for a reason (James Gunn is trying too hard and it shows). There were some truly funny moments with John Cena, but other than that, this is SyFy channel awful.

Extremely generic Viking/England show, but the main character is played by a fantastic actor, and makes the dull show enjoyable, and really worth watching. Alexander Dreymon, who plays Uhtred, may not be Travis Fimmel as Ragnar in "Vikings", but he definitely has some scenes that are close to as brilliant. Like "Vikings", skipping parts that the lead isn't in is highly recommend

Hard to make it through this. The amazing cast must have known how bad this would turn out so they simply read their lines and left. Cheadle at least tries out some odd voice for this highschool project. There's just nothing about this movie. Scene after scene that doesn't add to the story, isn't thrilling, isn't funny, or is interesting in any way. Frustratingly bad.
