The judicial system failed to these kids basically due to the racism and impunity.... the system stole years of the life of these kids and the retribution was with money... money does not buy the time wasted and the suffering of those kids... what I wonder is if the officers and prosecutors involved paid for something that was not a mistake...., that was a hate crime.....
