I watched Pachinko season 1 twice, and still make me cry. Any story about hardships during that era is truly unexplainable sadness. I read the book and I understand that’s sometimes it will be not the same when put it widescreen. However, I like it that way I can now visualise the characters. As for Minha Kim she is perfect for the character of Sunja. A naive young Korean girl who was captivated by the handsome rich businessman fish broker Hansu played by @Lee Minho. He give justice to the character of Hansu. And of course Jin Ha who played the character of Solomon. I hope Pachinko will be recognised at the Oscar. Every dialogue, facial expression of Hansu and Sunja you can feel. Pachinko deserves to be at Oscar. Happy to know the season 2 is coming soon.
