Manny Raymos

I haven’t seen this movie, but based off of the reviews I will give it 4-stars. The reason I won’t watch this film is because after reading majority of the reviews, both good and bad, it seems to me that the movie did it’s job and decimated the threat of AI in the minds of many - mutating it into a social debate, or unhinged critique. AI will not develop emotions, not on its own. Human emotion is not our best friend at times, so why would a human dependent upon AI’s success curse their creation with such a thing? AI’s purpose is to remove culpability, to a degree, to the extent in which it will work over people and ultimately create exponential changes to society. Masses will be pulled down quicker, and others higher at a greater rate. The world has proven it is ready for AI, due to its inability to cease its actions even when they are damaging communities and humans remain suffering. Even top government officials are feeling the dread, and while something is driving this world away from itself - nobody is talking about it.
