Elemental offers a great perspective on immigrant life and culturally diverse relationships. The movie is adorable, but it also holds deep and complex messages about racism and cultural differences, portraying a dichotomy not akin to western versus a non-western upbringing and values. As an adult, I absolutely loved this movie. The soundtrack is great! It's been a while since I enjoyed Disney. Elemental comes as a freesh breeze of spring and Disney innocence after a series of disastrous terrible remakes and movies unsafe for children to watch. Hoping I just didn't jinx this.
