The story mode is where GTA V shines. It has a vibrant cast of interesting and colorful characters. The missions are varied and interesting to play. The heist system works well and helps to promote players choice by making you choose tactics. The voice cast has done an amazing job. The online section is very much a mixed bag. Loading times are by far the biggest problems, with sometimes taking up to 20 minuets to join online. The online mode fun but a bit unforgiving to new players. Races are not to be taken too seriously as it plays more like destruction derby then a serious racer.
