One of the very best action games ever created. The pure amount of features in this game is truly baffling. Not only do you have 6+ super powers at your disposal, but you also have the ability to hijack and control enemy APC’s and helicopters l. The story and graphics are unremarkable but the blood pumping action and movement will make up for it. A rewardingly difficult masterpiece that deserves to be played.

Awful compared to the first. I’m very sure I would greatly enjoy this game, even love it, if I hadn’t played the first Prototype. The first game has more powers, more upgrades, more fighting moves and much, much better controls. The like-able but morally gray protagonist from the first game has become a hate fueled antangonist that the player simply doesn’t have motivation. Even the playable character seems to not want to participate. He moves with such a pace similar to a snail. I would strongly recommend either playing this game before the first, or skipping it totally and playing Prototype 1 on new game plus.
