The book is worth reading. The style is Richard all along. I enjoyed the adventure. As a retired 30 plus years as a murder Detective at a few ranks, I related to Steve all be it that I have much more anecdotal experience that Richard could enhance the character with. I have read each of Richard's books and without doubt the first is easily the best with much colour in the characters and the plot with many subtle links and twists. A superb unravelling of each character and a delightful who done it. I mean that of the opening murder. Well done Mr. Osman.
