I was fairly disappointed with this book.
I loved Normal People, and even Conversations with Friends was okay, but it felt like this one wasn’t written out of the will of the author. I felt like I’m a way, her real life character emerged quite often along this book.
The plot was nothing too interesting, and unlike the previous books, in which there was a deep level of subtext - this one lacked it.
I don’t recommend this one like I do the others.
