A great book stepped on by a hack director. The CGI (yes, CGI) is so over-the-top it's like watching a cartoon. The modern music and visual style takes one out of the story too much.

Probably the sappiest movie of all time. Painfully over-earnest. Super cheesy. A romance between two very flat characters for a very uninteresting 86 minutes.
