I cannot describe how amazing this was! what an experience i loved every second, i loved how the family is portrayed i loved the comedy/serious ratio, i loved the actors, i loved the themes, i loved how one minute I'm crying and the next i'm laughing and i loved the ending!!! On to my fifth? rewatch

I found this amazing, I’m a BA history student and we started on a general history of the world, much like the show we lightly touched each major change that happened to the human race, I found the show interesting as they covered enough information to just get you interested and have a base knowledge such as the linear timeline and huge developments such as philosophy, revolution and technology. I also thought the humour was amazing, the questions while sometimes unorthodox and could come across rude to the academics were interesting and gave them a new perspective to think of the questions, some of them thinking fast on their feet to answer such an odd question in a logical accurate way ! As historians yes history is an important subject but many get put off by the mass depth of information and thinking it is boring, this show illuminated so much information in a lighthearted and funny way. Well done !
