I am never happy with ABC's stupid sitcoms. seems like they try too hard, comedy sucks, and the acting is just actual Bull. i kept seeing the ads for this and I was like 'hell no not another abc sitcom.' the only other good one was the goldbergs and sort of modern family. I was actually very surprised because this show is actually really good. I really liked the acting! and the script was real funny. and Connor's daughter Bridget or Gretchen I dont remember she was really funny. I hate to say this but Topher Grace's daughter wasn't very funny. she could have delivered them better. her lines were really funny but her acting was 2/10. As for Sarah and Denise, their daughter Shaya or shamyah i think she was umm she was fine like 5/10. her acting felt forced and commercially, but the scene where she cried was real funny. and their son was hilarious. kevin was hilarious so funny. he and gretchen or bridget were my absaloute favorite characters out of the kids. So for the adults I will list my favorites. so number one would have to be Jimmy Tatri's character called Connor. really funny acting and a good character in general. real funny. my second is sarah. really hilarious acting. her wife is great too. I thought it was hilarious, her character. so frickin funny. I hate to put topher at third, but his character was so funny but not my number one fav. as usual his acting was on point. Denise and Marina are tied. very funny characters. i like how they have their own little drama club. very funny and great acting. i LOVE this show! really funny and clever writing. i keep watching funny. i like how they added phil reeves and my fav Nora Dunn. lidia porto did good on the show as well. i am so excited that this show got a season two. i cannot wait to keeep watching, the goldbergs and home economics are my total favorites!!!!
