It made me cry at the simplicity of the format but the strength of the message. As the great granddaughter of a miner from the north east and the mother of a Doctor , Chartered structural engineer , and a Design Student. I felt the message about a family’s journey and how we can promote more engagement. I just loved it all. The message at the end that show them their roots and you will give them wings was outstanding, where Leeds lends out the actual artefacts to schools was inspiring.
