Excellent movie! Very strong portrayal of 1946,47 genocide of Hindus.. they could have also shown MK Gandhis' requesting Gopal Patha for protection using violence. MKGs' non-violence philosophy is only for Hindus! Never dies he fast or request the muslims to refrain from violence.
They subtle show MKGs' weakness for women when he put jus hand on Edwinas' shoulder... Very strong movie. A must know history
