Very well done.. very disturbing with the matter of fact, unapologetic and in your face portrayal of social expectations, relationships and sex.
Zoya akhtar's piece on social class and sex was terrifyingly beautiful in its disturbing silence... Karan Johar's piece managed to make a strong comment on a widely accepted social expectation of "happiness in marriage" and do it with great humour. I'm not sure if I'm in awe of manisha Koirala's character for the way she takes control of her wants or be disturbed at the fact that she's surrounded by men who can't or don't hear what every expression of her face is screaming to say.. as for anurag Kashyap's piece.. Radhika Apte's oscillation between what she wants, how she feels about it and what she thinks she should feel about it is beautiful in the madness it shows.. the bravado that she tries to portray and the guilt and confusion she tries to deal with when she tries to do what she feels she wants is something that every woman can probably identify with..
