Woah, there is a lot to say. If you’re thinking about watching this show, DO IT. Its so real, the raw chemistry and great acting between the cast is just insane. It makes the story feel so authentic. Its such an amazing show for just having six episodes, its amazing cinematography, soundtrack and acting just ties it all together. The show tackles serious issues in our modern society and it does it beautifully. Literally my favourite show, its so comforting to see such well done LGBTQ+ representation in media, lets just hope theres another season plus lots more to come. The show has a character with ADHD and Aspergers and shows how those impact a person’s ability to communicate with others, it deals with angst, sexuality, class, wealth, status and many more serious themes. The supporting characters are so excellently well done too. Even though its short it managed to make me attached to the characters in the show, its a crime that theres only 6 episodes. The development between the main relationships of the show is just phenomenal, its pacing is amazing and you can see it. It feels like its not acting and its just real. So please, do yourself a favour and watch Young Royals on netflix, we need another season (side note) the cast is so nice outside of the show, like Edwin (actor of Willhelm) is so humble and nice and interacts with his fans on a daily basis, and Omar (actor of simon) is just as nice, they’re extremely talented young people.
