The actual diet and weight loss advice this guy gives might be quite good, but after reading the intro in which he spent several pages dissing weight loss groups, diets, fad methods etc, then criticising physical trainers who have no bona fide qualifications, then to reveal that he did just a six week course himself! Quite an arrogant approach I'm afraid, which put me off buying the book. Thank goodness for certain book shops where you can sit and read a few pages before you decide to buy!
