The only thing that I regret about walking out of this movie (only 40 minutes into it) was my deep love for Ray Liotta. He and Keri Russell were the only real acting in the movie, aside frome the bear and the phenomenal CGI. The complete lack of soundtrack made it cringy and uncomfortable as we sat in utter silence listening to a completely lackluster performance from a B-rated cast. I understand that it was a comedy now, but I walked in with much more expectations for this film that failed to deliver. I will probably give it another chance, but only if I can watch it streaming from home and not feel bad about falling asleep. I'm quite sure that Elizabeth Banks did not consider this her masterpiece, at least that is my hope. Just wait for the Peacock release, folks. Or maybe I'm wrong. Decide for yourself, I know I did when we left to enjoy our day off with something more meaningful. Sorry, not sorry.
