One if the best WWI1 books I have read. It was atrocious what happened to millions of Jewish people. Uncomprehendable! I note in his speech 70 years later in Cologne - "Hate only begets hate. Tolerance should be the goal of the future, of all the human race." ..... I wish this was happening in Russians leaders...... so many have died in the last year.
