I just watched JOKER 2024 and feel like the casting directors, writers, and directors completely ruined what could have been a beautiful sequel. Casting Lady Gaga was the mistake in the first place. Why is there so much music? Joker is not a musical character. I had high expectations after the first part and waited this long, but it felt more like watching one of Gaga's concerts than a true Joker experience. 3⭐ only out of respect for the Joker and Joaquin Phoenix performances.
