I watch all of Kelly Siegler shows. I’m a DVSA Advocate. I am trying to get help for a domestic murder that has been ruled as suicide. The husband and wife were in the bathroom alone. The young son heard them arguing. Looked under the door and saw his mom laying on the ground. The father sent the 7 yr old son in to find his mother with a bag wrapped around her neck and taped. Metropolitan, Nashville police never secured the house. They let the husband in and out and removed cameras including ring cam among other items. The lead detective said, he thought it was suicide from the first day! What?! The ME examination was done after her organs were harvested. The lead detective came in and told the ME he thought it was suicide. It was then ruled suicide. There is history of Coercive Control. This happened right after she asked for a divorce. No one else believes that the victim April Lynn Holt committed suicide. He has refused to take a polygraph. He now has his son back the only witness. He has now issued, a gag order on the grandmother/mother of victim. If she speaks out trying to get help, she will lose custody of her grandchild completely.
