I've been reading Brandon's books for over ten years now. The Way of Kings is an incredible book. Most of his books are amazing, and they are all unique. Brandon himself is one of the most inspired authors of our time. Don't believe me? Go watch his Dragonsteel speeches. For those saying these books have 2D or flat characters - maybe you should continue reading. I believe the characters feel more alive than almost any book I've read. Keep going Brandon, we are all with you. Journey before Pancakes.
