A confusing, genre-bending mess. I went in expecting a horror movie, but it fails completely in that genre — and doesn’t make up for it with emotional depth either. There’s no meaningful portrayal of history or community, and the supernatural elements feel forced and out of place. They distract from what could’ve been a powerful human story. I was left more confused than impressed. Honestly, I don’t see any “layers of storytelling” here!
