They will charge your for product you didn’t use, the movers will stand around to run out the time & act as if they can’t get ahold of dispatch. They failed to even get the address correct. I have been over charged and have yet to hear back from the 3 e-mails provided. They are a shady company! They also scratched the hardwood floors . We purchased the insurance as well. Are any of the representatives taking ownership in this ! NO.
