Sadly the flip flops were uncomfortable for me and didn’t offer the support I was looking for. Much prefer Reef cushion flip flops for my shin splints. Returned them without issue but have had £9 deducted for the shipping involved. Overall a rather expensive mistake and a reminder to always check the returns policy before ordering. 2 stars because I loved the colour of them.
