Sugar was exceptional. Very classy, good dialogue and tension. CF holds the screen - his timing and delivery, body language is captivating. The only thing that I thought was a bit too much was the Melanie character. The actress is wonderful but the character was too nosey and demanding for me to find that likable. Anna Gunn has lost too much weight for her frame and looks freakish. She's a good actress but you just feel for her that she felt the need to make herself "skinny" when it does't suit her frame. Her head looks too large. I liked the use of the movies in the script and the music enhanced and didn't become a concert within a show. The show captured the unique culture of Hollywood/LA and really showed that like NYC there is nothing like it. A second season would be wonderful.
