Rehana Maryam Noor: Turn the lights off. I want to watch again Beautiful movie. Wonderful camera work: fly on the wall observational camera. Except for a few scenes, there's no outside interference. The entire focus is on the characters in the frame. You see the characters as you would from a CCTV. Story build-up was wonderful. The central character, Rehana Maryam Noor, features as a person who challenges a web of systems and is also the victim of that same web of systems. The blue-amonia filter throughout the entire cinema gives an indication to how and why the cinema ends. It felt like watching an Iranian cinema of master story-telling. If this is a beginning of a new-wave of art cinemas from #Bangladesh, then 'let there be light'. We are witnessing a new dawn. More cinemas like this will feature at #Cannes and other places.
